Buckwheat Flour | Organic, Stoneground & Wholemeal

I used this stoneground flour for galettes last weekend and the texture was perfectly earthy and hearty. It also worked beautifully in a batch of blinis that held together without any grittiness.

Made a batch of scones with this buckwheat flour and they had such a lovely nutty taste from the stoneground texture. The pancakes also came out perfectly fluffy, which surprised me for a wholemeal flour.

I used it for galettes last weekend and the texture was perfect— much lighter than standard buckwheat flour. Will definitely try it in scones next.
