Økologisk Hvid Speltmel | 1 kg pose med hvid speltmel

I’ve been using this spelt flour for scones and the texture is noticeably lighter than regular wholemeal spelt. The bag is a generous 1kg and the flour stays fresh for weeks in my pantry.

Made some pizza bases with this spelt flour and they were much lighter than my usual wholemeal versions. The 1kg bag is just the right size for a few baking sessions.

The texture of this spelt flour is noticeably finer than regular whole wheat, which made my pizza dough incredibly silky and easy to roll out. It has a subtle nutty sweetness that my family couldn't stop commenting on.
