Luomu valkoinen spelttijauho | 1 kg pussi valkoista spelttijauhoa

My scones came out noticeably lighter and fluffier than with regular flour, and the pale creamy color makes the dough look lovely before baking. This 1kg bag has lasted me through several batches of pizza and pastries already.

The texture is so fine and creamy that my pizza dough rolled out thinner than ever without tearing. I’ve been baking with it for a month and the crusts get that nice, slight chew while staying tender inside.

My scones came out so light and airy with this flour, the creamy color really shows in the crumb. It’s a staple in my kitchen now for weekend baking, from pizza dough to cakes.
