Finally, a strong white flour that actually bakes up soft and creamy — the oat blend gives it a lovely tender texture. I’ve made three loaves now and each one has that gentle oaty sweetness without being heavy. Perfect for my weekday sandwich bread.

The oat inclusion makes the crumb noticeably softer and creamier than my standard white loaves. High fibre is a bonus, and the dough handles beautifully for a straightforward bake.

My usual bread flour leaves loaves a bit dense, but this one with the blended oats makes them noticeably lighter and stays soft for days. The high fibre content is a nice bonus too.
