Daniel R. ★★★★★

The texture is finer than regular rice flour I've tried, which made my pancakes come out surprisingly light. That nutty flavour really comes through in the finished bake, and the 290g bag is just right for a weekend baking project.

Chloe W. ★★★★★

Baked my first loaf of bread with this and the texture held up way better than I expected for a gluten-free flour. The 290g bag is a bit small for heavy use, but the nutty taste it brings to pancakes is genuinely lovely.

Henry ★★★★★

The nutty flavour really comes through in pancakes—my kids noticed the difference right away, and it’s not overpowering. The 290g bag is just right for a weekend of baking experiments, though I wish it were bigger.
