Doves Farm økologisk steinmalt byggmel 25 kg

I’ve been through half the bag already and the 25kg size is perfect for someone who bakes daily—no more running out mid-week. The stoneground process really comes through in the crumb of my bread, giving it a hearty, slightly nutty depth that regular flour just can’t match.

The stoneground texture is noticeably grittier than regular flour, and my sourdough loaves have never had such a nice, nutty crumb. A 25kg sack lasts my family months, and the organic quality is reassuring.

The 25kg bag is a serious investment but the stoneground texture makes my daily sourdough come out with a nuttier crumb than I've managed before. It's a lot of flour to store, so make sure you have a big container ready.
