The buckwheat and rice flakes hold their crunch even after a few minutes in milk, which I wasn't expecting. The banana and coconut pieces are a nice surprise too, not just a token sprinkle. I've already gone through two boxes this month.
The sultanas and apple chunks give it just enough sweetness that I don’t feel the need to add anything, and the buckwheat keeps its crunch right to the bottom of the bowl. I’ve had a box every morning for two weeks now and it’s become my favorite way to start the day.
The banana and coconut pieces actually stay crunchy mixed into the buckwheat flakes, which is rare for a fruit cereal. I've been eating it dry as a snack, and it's surprisingly filling for breakfast too.
