The flours are all organic and the box saves me from buying separate bags. I baked a loaf with the strong white flour and it rose beautifully.
Finally got this flour box and the savings are real—I checked the prices of the individual bags and it's definitely cheaper. The whole wheat pastry flour inside is perfect for my morning muffins.
