Finally a cornflour that thickens without clumping every single time, even when I'm rushing the sauce. The 110g pack is just right for my weekly baking and it's organic which makes me feel better about what goes on the table. Nice to have a reliable shelf staple that actually performs.
My white sauce came out perfectly smooth for the first time ever—just a teaspoon of this and it thickened up in seconds without any lumps. The 110g pouch is enough for several batches, and it stores well in my pantry.
