My cake layers came out noticeably fluffier once I swapped this in for the baking powder I'd been using, and the dough rose exactly as it should. Also a lifesaver for scrubbing my sink without harsh chemicals.

The box is sturdy so it doesn't spill everywhere in my cupboard, and a teaspoon of it made my banana bread puff up perfectly. I've already used it to scrub the sink too, which is a nice bonus.

My cookies came out perfectly fluffy and golden on the first try, and I didn't even need to adjust the recipe much. It's a solid raising agent that does its job without any fuss, and the bag seems like it'll last a while for all my baking.
