Luomukivijauhatettu hieno englantilainen täysjyvävehnäjauho - 1 kg

My pastry dough came together so smoothly with this flour, the fine stoneground texture really makes a difference for biscuits. It's become my go-to for wholemeal baking, and the 1kg bag lasted me through several batches.

Made a batch of scones this morning and they came out with a lovely light crumb, even for a wholemeal flour. The stoneground texture is so fine it blends into pastry without any grittiness, and it worked perfectly for a white sauce too.

The texture of this flour is so fine that my pastry dough came together without any gritty bits, which is exactly what I wanted for a wholemeal biscuit recipe. It's a touch pricier than supermarket options, but the results in the oven are worth it every time.
