I’ve been through three sacks already and the blend of hard wheats gives the loaves a proper rise every single time. The 25kg size lasts me ages, which makes the stoneground quality feel like a steal.
The stoneground texture gives my sourdough a noticeably heartier crumb than any supermarket flour I've tried. It's been three weeks since the sack arrived and the blend of hard wheats definitely holds up for long kneading. Price per kilo makes it a no-brainer for a family that bakes daily.
This is my second 25kg sack and the blend of hard wheats makes a dough that’s genuinely springy, not tough. It’s a hefty bag to wrestle into the cupboard, but the flour’s consistent texture is worth the effort.
