I’ve been through half the sack already and the flour’s consistency has been perfect for sourdough loaves every single time. For 25kg, the price per kilo is hard to beat, and the sack itself is sturdy enough to reseal without a fuss.
Finally a bulk sack that doesn’t make me cringe at the pantry shelf—the white spelt behaves almost like regular flour in my sourdough, with a slightly nutty finish. It’s dusted through three big bakes this week and the 25kg bag is holding up well, though I’ll need a sturdy scoop to reach the bottom.
The 25kg sack is perfect for our weekly sourdough routine, and the white spelt’s mild flavor lets the crust brown up beautifully without any bitterness. I’ve baked about ten loaves so far and the flour stays soft and clump-free, even with the bag left half-open. A solid buy if you’ve got the storage
