I've been using it to give my cakes a better rise, and the results are noticeably fluffier than with my old baking powder. The box is also great for scrubbing sinks without harsh chemicals.

Tried a tablespoon in my pancake batter and they came out fluffier than they have in months. The box is small but goes a long way for both baking and scrubbing the sink.

Used a teaspoon in my banana bread instead of baking powder and the loaf rose perfectly, light and fluffy. Also gave my stovetop a gentle scrub—worked surprisingly well.
