Baked my first loaf with this flour and the buttery, wheaty smell while it was rising was incredible. The crumb came out tender but with that nice hearty texture you'd expect from stoneground.
The stoneground texture is perfect for cookies—gave them a nutty, hearty crumb without being gritty. Even my picky kids asked for seconds. Will definitely be buying this again for my weekly baking.
