I’ve had great results with this wholemeal flour—my bread machine loaf rose well and had a nice, even texture. The 1.5kg bag is perfect for a few bakes without taking up too much cupboard space.
Finally got the crumb I've been chasing with this flour, the dough handled beautifully even by hand. Made a simple tin loaf that had that proper nutty wholemeal taste and a good rise.
I was pleasantly surprised how well this flour held together when I made a loaf by hand—the dough didn't fall apart at all. It rose beautifully and the crust came out with a nice, nutty aroma. Definitely my go-to for wholemeal bread now.
