Organic Light Rye Flour | 25kg Sack

Bakes up with that nice, slightly nutty rye flavor I love, and the texture is fine enough for a soft loaf. The 25kg sack is perfect since I go through flour pretty fast for weekly baking.

I was worried 25kg might be too much, but the light texture makes it perfect for my weekly sourdough loaves. Bakes up beautifully airy and the organic certification was a nice bonus.

This 25kg sack is lasting me ages, the flour is fine and light which made my rye loaves rise beautifully. I appreciate the organic certification too, feels good knowing what’s in my bread.
